All orders are printed on demand. Orders are handled after full payment, incl shipping costs, has been received.
SHIPPING Shipments are done through PostNord and you will be notified by PostNord when your order is delivered to your nearest PostNord agent. If you have chosen "Pick-up" in Stockholm City I will contact you by text message once the print is ready. We will agree upon time and place for delivery.
RETURN POLICY You have the right to return any product, without cause, within 14 days after receiving the product. The product shall be returned in the same condition as you received it. (Note: shipping damages shall be addressed to PostNord). Shipping shall be made in a way to avoid damages to the product. All shipping costs connected to a return rests on you as customer. No returns shipped as "pay-on-delivery" will be accepted. Returns are shipped to the addresss below. After receiving the undamaged return I will prepare the repayment.
FAULTY PRODUCT If the product is faulty you should: - in case of shipping damages: Contact PostNord or their agent. - in case of other faults: Contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case the product shall also be returned to the address below.
Faulty products (excl shipping damaged) will be replaced by a new Product on my expense (incl shipping costs).
PERSONAL DATA Cookies will be saved in your browser in order to assist you when going through the site and for use of the "Store". You can delete cookies from your browser yourself. Personal data is onlyd received as part of a transaction in the "Store". The data is saved in order to support any returns. Personal data is not shared with third parties.
